Matthew 7:21-23 (KJV) <\/b>Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
The devil is a master deceiver and he plays games and allows things to happen to keep people in bondage and in self-righteousness. Those in Matthew 7:21-23 were not followers of Christ but of a system, just like some churches and denominations, and the devil plays along, all the while knowing that those people are not really saved. They\u2019re more interested in the mechanics of religion than in the Savior Jesus Christ.\u00a0 Here\u2019s a perfect example. How many people do you suppose in his life Billy Graham won to the Lord? Thousands? Tens of Thousands? Hundreds of Thousands? Only God can judge. But the fruit of his preaching created a LOT of false believers to the delight of the devil. My father accepted the Lord through Billy Graham\u2019s preaching so it\u2019s not a blanket statement, but many prayed \u201c1,2,3\u201d and believe they\u2019re Christians because of a formula instead of the Man. It\u2019s no different than those Catholics in Mexico who really crucify a guy on the cross each Easter; they\u2019re more interested in the act than in the Man. Focus on Jesus and He\u2019ll answer all your questions. \ud83d\ude42 Meditate on His word. He\u2019ll answer you!<\/p>\n
Psalms 1:2-3 (KJV) <\/b>But his delight [is<\/i>] in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
First, think about a tree. A tree with deep roots can weather a strong storm. A tree lives a long life. This tree is planted, that means it\u2019s on purpose and not a wild tree. It\u2019s a tree planted and when trees are planted, there\u2019s a Gardener! \ud83d\ude42 Moreover, this tree is planted by the rivers of water\u2026not on river, but rivers<\/b><\/span>! The supply will always exceed the need! Now, this tree, in time will bring forth fruit, but before the fruit there is a flowering right? Now the cool thing is what does the flower need? Pollination! Who does that? Bees! Did you know in Hebrew the word for \u201cbee\u201d is Deborah?! (\u05d3\u05d1\u05d5\u05e8\u05d4<\/span>) But that\u2019s not the cool part, if you remove the last letter of the word for bee,\u00a0 you have the word \u201cWORD\u201d (\u05d3\u05d1\u05d5\u05e8<\/span>) and the letter for GRACE (\u05d4<\/span>)! Literally a “bee” is the Word of Grace spreading the Gospel – Good News!!! GLORY TO GOD!!!<\/p>\n
So the word of God pollinates you and you become fertile and produce fruit! This is why God\u2019s word does not come back void! I give it to you, you give it to other! WE ARE THE BEES CARRYING GOD\u2019S WORD! HA!! I love the double meaning! That\u2019s how you meditate on God\u2019s word! But we\u2019re not done! What color is a healthy leaf? It\u2019s green. When we say someone is \u201cgreen\u201d they\u2019re young and new at a subject. Our youth is renewed! And, \u201chis leaf also shall NOT wither,\u201d we become evergreens with no brown edges of corruption! And finally, the promise: whatsoever he does shall prosper \u2013 all because of delighting in the word of God, meditating day and night! Glory to God!!<\/p>\n
